Attention Literacy Learners!
This year York Literacy learners will boost their resumes while improving their English in Literacy classes!
In addition to earning certificates in digital literacy and preparing for the American workforce,
the Guest Service Gold® Tourism curriculum prepares individuals for the American Hotel and Lodging Education Institute’s Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP®) exam. Recognized worldwide, the CGSP® is the highest acknowledgment of guest service excellence for hospitality and tourism employees.
